CAN I USE CREST ADVANCED SEAL WHITESTRIPS ON MY SENSITIVE TEETH?

I, too have sensitive teeth and have used the crest whitestrips on my teeth. I have been whitening my teeth for over 6 years now and the white strips make my teeth so sensitive that it becomes painful to drink or eat anything. If your teeth are sensitive and if you want to still use the crest white strips, do not use them every day. Use them maybe every 2-3 days and it helps with the sensitivity if you use them on dirty teeth, such as putting them on right after you wake up before you brush your teeth. What I do is use the whitening mouth wash (the crest kind works pretty well) and then couple that with a baking soda (the arm and hammer whitening works the best, but it leaves a weird after taste) and use the white strips every week or biweekly. My teeth are fine, but still after using the strips my gums in particular are a little sensitive for the rest of the day. I have also had denist whitening, and that is the best option. It did not hurt at all, took about 30 minutes and cost only
