Yes! but it may take a little extra work on your part. DeskAlarm depends on the data files created by the datebook standard palm conduit. So if you have this disabled and use some other conduit you will need to HotSync with the regular datebook conduit as well as with your alternate conduit. Once that is done DeskAlarm should work just fine.
