ABSOLUTELY NOT. Spam is forbidden. (The transmisson of UCE — unsolicited commercial email — violates the AUPs — acceptable use polices — of virtually all internet service providers.) MMA Money affiliates who engage in such spam are automatically cancelled and not paid.
