Yes, they passed a Federal Law about 1 year ago that allows you to transfer cell service to any company you want and keeo your current number, I believe it is Called the “Mobile Telecommuincations Act” it is a Federal Law so your current privider cannot say no, your new prroivder the one you want “nuys” your numberfrom your current carrier, it may take time if you current carrie does not wantto loose you, they can stall the transfer they can not deny it
