While some Zip drives may work with some configurations, it is strongly recommended not to use them. The Lexar Digital Film Reader’s parallel pass-through port is designed only to support use of a printer. Some other devices may cause the reader to malfunction. (NOTE: Use of the printer while copying files to or from the Digital Film Reader may result in a malfunction.
