Can I use PowerKey products with a step-down power transformer?
Many customers have reported successfully using PowerKey and PowerKey Pro with step-down transformers in 220-240v countries. As our products have note been tested nor certified this use, and we are unfamiliar with the safety requirements in other countries, we cannot guarantee the safety of using our products with step-down transformers. Using our products in other power environments, even with a transformer, voids the warranty.
