Can I use .purify to supress all my UMRs?
A4. No! This defeats the purpose of Purify. The purpose of the .purify file in the last assignment was to not report UMR’s that were caused by the network libraries. This makes your own UMR’s easier to identify. Suppressing all of them defeats the whole point of Purify. Note that while there is no requirement to turn in Purify output for this assignment, you should still use it to check for bugs.
