Currently no. When we add more advanced widgets and features in the future you could in theory do a simple website with Storyplanet. However this is not what Storyplanet is designed for, and you will most likely run into limitations pretty quickly. We recommend that you combine Storyplanet with software like WordPress, MovableType or Dreamweaver to create a page structure where you embed your Storyplanet stories. In the future we will launch several plugins that will make this easier to do.
