Set Parallel port to EPP within PC BIOS. 2. Please check the Requirements & Compatibility Information in Superpro LX webpage below and Confirm your PC complies with SuperPro LXs system requirements /product.php?productid=16224 Parallel model SuperPro LX depends on PC for timing and therefore some newer PC configurations are not compatible with them and give communication errors.
