It is recommended that you instead use the “Continue” and “Previous” buttons on the Web site to navigate back and forth through the process of submitting a document. Some browsers may allow you to use the “Forward” and “Back” buttons as well; however, if you receive a “Data Missing” error, click the “Reload” button.
