First the unlimited internet on your mobile isn’t wifi… probably using 3g or some other cell data plan. Wifi and cell data are 2 completely diff things. Second you are going to need to do what is called tethering. This will allow you to “share” your cell data internet to your netbook. The most common way to tether is by plugging in the phone usb cable to your pc (you can also use bluetooth or wifi but it will drain your phone batter fast. Running over the usb cable will charge your phone while tethering).
