With FBO Version 4.7, government users can now use the same notice number across multiple notice types. FBO will validate notice numbers by notice type (i.e. make sure there is not an existing notice of the same type with that notice number) whether the notice is submitted using FBO web services, the FBO web interface, or using the electronic interface templates.
