No. The LP3964, LP3965 and LP3966 fixed voltage regulators are designed to deliver their specified output voltage. The function of the sense pin is to maintain a precise output voltage in order to compensate for possible voltage drops in the high current output path. If the sense pin is driven to a value below its internal sense voltage, a diode clamp will conduct and the output will not be properly controlled.
