Can I view pro se filings through ECF and PACER?

Yes, the clerk’s office will scan all pro se filings and attach them to the correct docket entry. This will generate a Notice of Docket Activity to all parties represented by counsel in the case with a hyperlink to the scanned document. Scanned documents in any case are available through PACER.
