For all the endless talk in the Info-Gap literature about Info-Gap being a non-probabilistic theory, the fact is that Info-Gap’s uncertainty model can easily be cast as a probabilistic model. This interpretation is discussed in details in Sniedovich (2006a). For the purposes of this discussion it suffices to indicate the following. All it takes to construct a probabilistic model for u is to assume that α is the realization of a random variable, call it α, having some probability density function.
