I’m not an advocate of taking diet pills. There’s a healthier alternative. Learn to count your calories and exercise daily. It works. I’ve lost nearly 50 pounds by setting a goal to keep my daily calories limited and walk at least three miles a day. It’s truly surprising how quickly the weight came off. BTW, I eat all I want.
