Yes. All internationally trained veterinarians who have passed either the BCSE and /or NAVLE are welcome to apply for the 2009 program.

Yes. All internationally trained veterinarians who have passed either the BCSE, NAVLE or the QE (PAVE) are welcome to apply for the 2011 program.
