Can Isabella have the nickname Libby?
I think you could use Libby as a nickname for Isabella. Isabella is a form of Elizabeth, after all, and Libby is a nickname for Elizabeth. Plus, Isabella has the L and B of Libby, just turned around the other way. Libby could work for Olivia or Lydia as well. My favorite name from the list is Elizabeth. It’s classic and timeless. Though Olivia and Isabella are certainly classic names, they’re very popular right now, and they’re bound to go back out of style in a decade or so. I’m afraid they might sound dated or tired in ten or twenty years’ time (much the way Jessica and Amanda do today). Elizabeth is one of those names that will never go out of style.
