Can King Gyanendra count on Nepal Army?
Talks are centered in Kathmandu as to how King Gyanendra will proceed in the days ahead given the fact that he has already been served ultimatums by the two top-hats of the Maoists party-Comrade Prachanda and Dr. Bhattarai well within a short span of mere two days. Media reports have it that the King has already reconciled his fate and that he was ready to move to his old house in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu. At a different plane, the usual unfriendly Indian media have been intensively disseminating of late that Nepal King will migrate to India for sure. While writing this piece, one of the Kathmandu mainstream media has said that Prachanda is ready to meet the King himself in person and convince the latter to vacate the Narayan Hiti Royal Palace without much ado.
