No. LISTERINE® AGENT COOL BLUE® and LISTERINE® SMART RINSE® have different formulas and intended purposes. LISTERINE® AGENT COOL BLUE® is a pre-brush rinse that tints teeth blue, to help kids pay more attention to brushing their teeth for a cleaner, brighter smile. LISTERINE® SMART RINSE® Anticavity Fluoride Rinse is a post-brush rinse that helps strengthen teeth against cavities and kills the germs that cause bad breath. It also works like a magnet to attract the particles that brushing may leave behind – leaving proof in the sink of a cleaner mouth for parents and kids to see. LISTERINE® Antiseptic is intended for children and adults ages 12 and older and should be used twice daily along with twice-daily brushing and once-daily flossing to help kill the germs that cause bad breath, plaque, and the gum disease gingivitis.
