Can more than one computer use the same internet connection?

Yes. We often setup internal networks to share an internet connection with multiple computers. In order to do this, each computer needs a network card and then a cable/dsl router is used to share the connection. Using one of these routers, up to 254 comuters can all share the same connection. A regular dial-up connection can also be shared, but the performance you get from it is usually not worth the cost of setting it up.
