A21. No. Regional Permit authorization(s) are for activities that have minimal individual and cumulative impacts on the aquatic environment. Acreage thresholds for Regional Permit activities were determined to have minimal adverse impacts on the aquatic environment. Activities may be authorized with one or more Regional Permits within a project site provided the individual and cumulative impacts within the project site are minimal. If multiple Regional Permits are used, the total impact may not exceed the maximum allowed by the Regional Permit with the greatest impact threshold.
