Can my Uninsured/Underinsured motorist coverage cover passengers in my car if Im found at fault?

Uninsured/Underinsured motorist coverage is coverage for YOU and your resident relatives if an uninsured/underinsured motorist was at fault in the accident. This does not apply to anyone else. So, since you were the at fault party, if the injuries of your passenger exceed your limits, they will have to sue you personally for the difference. If you are employed, they can attach your wages, if you own anything they can put liens against it, expect to sell any stocks or bonds you own & do not expect to own anything of value until you have paid this debt off. Hopefully it is not too much over your limits & I hope you have increased your liability limits for any future accidents. I am really sorry for the bad news.
