Can one architectural firm submit 2 or more EOI by different design teams? Can one design team submit 2 or more EOI?
Submissions should be by separate entities – an individual architect, an architectural practice, or a joint venture partnership. We have used the term ‘design teams’ to give practices the opportunity to identify who will work on this project if they are successful. A practice should decide which employees constitute the ‘design team’ for this project, and prepare a single entry for that practice A practice may be involved in more than one submission provided each submission is by a separate entity – for example, a practice may submit once under their own name then again in a joint venture partnership with another practice, e.g. one by ABC architects and another by ABC+DEF partnership.
