Can Orders and Affidavits be submitted via ETRAY?

Yes, but only when submitting to the above noted registries. If you want to submit an Order of Affidavit via ETRAY to any of these registries, you must also submit an Electronic Filing Statement (Form 144), which basically states that you have the original in your possession should the court require it. When submitting these two documents, you must scan the original signed documents into PDF before attaching in to an ETRAY work order. Dye & Durham can also manually file documents.
