Can Poly students participate in NYU leadership positions: CA, Peer Educator, RA, Gad, Welcome Week staff, Transfer Assistant, etc?
Not at this time, neither can NYU students participate in Poly leadership positions. NYU’s Welcome Week Leaders (graduate and undergraduate), commuter assistants, and transfer ambassadors are very specific to Washington Square. Outspoken Peer educators (Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Student Services) are currently provided a stipend and are required to fill a predetermined number of hours each semester.
