Can Privacy Keeper permanently erase index.dat files that are in the cookies and other folders?

0

A. Privacy Keeper erases contents of index.dat files, such as temporary Internet files, history, and so forth. However, removing this file itself is not possible because it’s constantly in use by the operating system. Index.dat files are erased by default. Just select the appropriate check boxes in Privacy Keeper settings, such as Cookies and Temporary Internet Files.
