Yes. ScorePAD allows you to set the ITR preference. When you set this preference, ScorePAD implements the ITR when the game is tied at the end of the number of scheduled innings set in Game Parameters. ScorePAD will place the batter with the last complete at-bat in the previous inning on second base at the beginning of each half-inning.
