I’m not sure what EV is, but I know the rest. Focus is what makes your image sharp or out of focus. Multi AF means it will AutoFocus on the image using different areas of focus. Center AF means it will AutoFocus on the subject only if it is in the middle of the frame. Spot AF means that you get to pick the spot that should be AutoFocused. Metering is what tells the camera if there is not enough light or too much light. Basically Multi and Spot work the same here. Multi Metering means the camera will take a light reading from multiple areas of the frame to give you a general reading. Spot means you pick the area that you want to meter the light from. ISO is what film cameras use to tell the photographer how fast their film is. Not all film emulsion is the same. Some film can take the light and turn it into an image really fast while others take a longer time. Each has it’s advantages. Fast film usually has more grain, but works well at night.
