Can someone here please tell the Mobile, AL Realtors to start using modern technology?
We’ve been looking for our first house in the Mobile, AL area for months (using a Realtor, but also searching the net). Realtors here use practically none of the available technology to market their houses. No virtual tours, nothing like that. They don’t even advertise open houses (and when they do, the listings are almost always wrong). It’s incredibly frustrating. You literally have to make phone calls or drive around to see what’s available. Maybe they will get with the program if nudged a little by their colleagues elsewhere. Thanks!
