A. To keep things fair, the only time you can join the swap at the beginning of the season. This is to prevent someone from being a “Fabric Shark”. A “Fabric Shark” could sit back and watch how the teams are doing up to the All-Star Break and then select the two best teams. Although someone cannot join after the season starts, a participant may drop out at the All-Star break.
