Can state grant funds be used for planning, development and operations on greenspace lands?

0

The state funds are currently available only for the purchase price of land or easements, and for the costs of acquisition, which includes appraisals, surveys, due diligence investigation including Phase 1 environmental reports, title search, title insurance, and closing costs. The county does not have to provide matching funds, but it must commit to providing adequate stewardship of the lands once acquired.
