Can the account be replaced if lost or stolen?
Call Visa Customer Service toll-free to cancel the Gift account as soon as you can, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need to know your Gift account number, so be sure to record it in a safe place. You may also be required to provide additional information such as the address and phone number used to sign up the account. After you cancel the account, Visa will give you a replacement gift account with the remaining balance minus a $5.95 replacement fee.
