Can the baby feel the difference between hot and cold outside the womb?

I don’t think they can feel the difference in the first few months, but from about 3-4 months, they can. When my aunty was about 4 months pregnant with her first child, we went to a spa place. She’d been in a hot spa for a little while and was getting a bit too hot so she went and dived into a pool. Her baby went crazy lol. It was moving and kicking heaps, even I could feel it. The sudden change in temperature had caused him to start moving. I know of other people who’ve had similar experiences. It’s surprising how much they know even before they’re fully formed.
