Can the corporate or commercial client avail of selected functions only in the RCBC Enterprise Banking Internet facility?
All the basic functions are made available to the corporate or commercial client once enrolled in the RCBC Enterprise Banking Internet facility. The corporate or commercial client can designate: a. Access rights for each enrolled account. The account can be restricted as inquiry only, inquiry and source, inquiry and destination, or full access. b. The Security Administrator(s) who can restrict the allowed functions per user. However, value-added services like Check Writer, Employee Payments, Agent Collection, Dividend Payments, BancNet EDI-SSSNet, and Interface to RCBC eZTrade are covered by separate service agreements. The corporate or commercial client cannot avail of these services unless they have signed the corresponding service agreement and fulfilled the compensating business requirement.
