Can the iR C4580 run 80# gloss text laser compatible paper, or White 70# Accent Opaque, paper inside the drawers?
C5185/C4580/C4580 can handle the 80# Gloss Text only thru bypass. It is best if used one sheet at a time. The 70# text is equivalent to a 28 # bond and that obviously runs well in our machines. However, the Accent Opaque itself has never been tested. The Media Compatibility Guide is available in the following website: http://www.usa.canon.com/html/consumables/mlink.html Back Top.
