Yes. There are no restrictions on the use of the LDAP SDK in an application that is for internal use only and will not be redistributed outside of your organization. If you later decide to redistribute the application, then you may only do so under the terms of the GPLv2, LGPLv2.1, or the UnboundID LDAP SDK Free Use License.
