Can the leader see what is happening in all the Breakout rooms?

Yes, but only one room at a time. The leader can visit any Breakout room. Once in that room, the leader can listen and join the conversation and see what is displayed in the media window (slide, Whiteboard, application, etc) for that room only. Centra 7.5: Co-presenters of the Main room can also navigate between breakout rooms and see any activitiy happening in that room.
