The seat can be adjusted from the lowest point of 11 inches from the ground, upwards to 16 inches from the ground. Because the Strider has such a low seat height, it has a low center of gravity that makes even tiny riders feel safe. There is an optional XL (extra-long) seatpost available, which increases the maximum seat height to 18 inches. This XL seatpost is designed for taller children or children with long legs.
