Can the user get to the regular Windows interface while WinU is providing security?

No. WinU won’t run smaller than fullscreen unless it’s in Setup Mode, and in its typical configuration the user cannot get access to any part of the standard Windows desktop. The only exception to this is that the administrator can set up WinU to allow limited and controlled access to the taskbar, Start button, Quick Launch and tray icons. However most administrators don’t allow this. A better way to give your users controlled access to elements of the regular Windows desktop interface is to use Full Control, also available from Bardon Data Systems.
