Can the user hide/unhide the PAL Toolbar?

To hide the PAL Toolbar: Click on the PAL Toolbar logo to access the drop down menu. Select the “Hide bar” menu item. To make the PAL Toolbar reappear: From your browser, click “View > Toolbar”. Select the PAL Toolbar from the list displayed.
