Can TMR be performed in patients with unstable angina?

0

Patients presenting with unstable angina are not currently the patient for whom TMR is approved. TMR is approved in patients with stable angina (Class 4) refractory to medical treatment and secondary to objectively demonstrated coronary artery atherosclerosis and with a region of the myocardium with reversible ischemia not amenable to direct coronary revascularization.
