Can Tony Romo, Jason Witten, and Roy Williams be the new trio?
TE: Jason Witten, Martellus Bennett, John Phillips, Jamar Hunt Of these two groups, the tight end is easily the strongest position. Dallas has two truly capable tight ends. Jason Witten is arguably the best tight end in football. Martellus Bennett would be a starter on most other teams. But this season, with the departure of Terrell Owens, don’t be surprised if we see both Witten and Bennett on the field at the same time on third downs and in the red zone. Bennett would make things hard for defenses and multiple double tight end formations would open up the offense and give two targets for Romo that are well able to catch and run. Phillips replaces Tony Curtis who left Dallas in free agency to Kansas City. Phillips should be a nice replacement to Curtis. That leaves Hunt who I don’t see making the team. Either he will be cut outright or he will be added to the practice squad. Can the offensive line stay productive? Offensive Line: Flozell Adams, Marc Colombo, Kyle Kosier, Leonard Davis
