Can users view and report on iWise configuration item data from both a Windows client and a web interface?
Yes. All configuration item (CI) information is viewable by authorized users via either the iWise Web or Windows Client. In addition, iWise can automatically e-mail selected groups of people when changes occur to configuration items or specific attributes within them. Reporting tools can extract CI information from the iWise CMDB. Through ODBC, you can link multiple iWise tables together to produce intelligent management reports and dashboard views of CMDB activity. You can then link reports to the iWise Dashboard for management reporting purposes.
