Can we first talk about the direct implications of e-commerce in that business model?
Mr. Mendelsohn: E-commerce for us is both the enabler of that shift, as well as a driver of the business itself. Let me tell you what I mean. First of all, we could not run the global business model without this kind of technology. At its most basic, when I arrived in 1998, this company had 14 different e-mail systems around the world, very few of which communicated with each other. So in the process of going to a single e-mail system, a single group intranet, a single group knowledge-sharing platform, we had to reshape the processes of the business. Now, with the Internet, which dramatically increases both the speed and the transparency of what we do, we have the ability to really change how we operate the company internally. My belief is that 100% of our commercial transactions will be serviced online within a matter of a couple of years because all of our business clients, and we are a huge business insurer, are technologically adept.
