Can we start out with a history and overview of Sybron Dental Specialties?
Mr. Pickrell: Sybron formerly was part of what was Sybron International. We were spun out in December 2000 from Sybron International, which then became Apogent Technologies. They were involved in two sectors, in the lab sector and the dental sector. The belief was that it would create greater shareholder value to split the companies and let them do their own thing, inasmuch as there were little or no synergies between them, so we became a public company in December of last year and we’ve been on our own since that time. We are, for the most part, exclusively in the dental area, dental consumables. About 93% of our sales are consumables. The other 7% being small hand-held equipment that supplements the sale of our consumable products. TWST: Now when you say consumables, what types of products are they?
