Student School Enrollment Start Date is the single most important value in CALPADS Reporting. If the system can’t figure out when a student started attending a school, nothing else matters. That is why Aeries gives you the option of having either good ENR data or good STU.ED data and provides a threshold for determining when to use these two resources. Your ENR data should always be accurate for the current year because it is managed on the fly by Aeries. It is getting good data for prior years that can be difficult.
