Yes you can…You can use Ij ailbreak.com to jailbreak the iPhone 4..and use the permanent remote unlock service from Theunlockarena.com and remove the network lock.This unlock does not require jailbreak.

Absolutely – using both our Official Factory Unlocks and Software Unlock. Don’t forget you’ll either need a micro-sim or to cut your own sim in order to fit it into the iPhone 4 however.
