Can you make your Pokemon shiny on Emerald version without game shark or Ras?
Yes, you get a Pokemon’s HP down in the red zone without killing you must have a luxery ball or master ball. This will only work with those kind of balls. So you find a Pokemon and get its HP down to red and then you throw either of the balls I told you about. Then take it to the daycare and leave it in there for three hours and come back and get it three hours and leave the daycare and when you get out side the pokemon should evolve to its next form but it should be shiny. Hope this works for you i haven’t tried it so i am so sorry if this cheat does not work.
