I couldn’t tell the difference… when I was pregnant I kept telling my husband that I was going to start my period anytime and he kept saying maybe you are pregnant… a week late and I broke down and took the test… I was shocked to see the positive that he knew I would get LOL. I got the cramping that made me feel like I was going to start any minute… I have spent a lot of money on hpt’s thinking that I was when I wasn’t… too me they feel the same…

With me the difference is – Sore boobs (REALLY sore for pregnancy, a little sore for PMS). And heartburn (I only get that when pregnant.
